| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
When ordering a product such as a weathervane, bracket with shape, or pet memorial, where there is a wide choice of shapes, you need to add two items to the shopping cart: firstly select your preferred shape and add it to the cart AND then also select your choice of product to go with it and add that as well. You should also check options to see if there are any additional features you need.
After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit and debit card payment using WorldPay's secure services and PayPal in a variety of currencies.

| Shipping And Handling Unless requested otherwise, products will be despatched using the most appropriate cost effective carrier. From shipment, the economy delivery service is normally within 3 working days in the UK, from 10 working days in Europe, and from 20 working days internationally. Faster or guaranteed delivery services are available on request at an additional charge. If "Shipping not allowed" message is received please notify Flairmet so that appropriate rates can be provided. |

| Delivery Schedule For standard products, delivery will normally be within 30 days of receipt of order. For made to order products such as gates we generally aim for similar delivery times, but this can vary depending upon receipt of special materials and general workload. If we quote a delivery period longer than 30 days or later than any date requested by you, we will ask you to confirm that this is acceptable and if it is not you may cancel the order and any monies paid will then be refunded in full. Faster shipment times are available on request on payment of the additional costs

| Back Orders Due to the wide range of designs available we do not generally hold all products in stock and we often make to specific orders. If you have a particularly urgent requirement please let us know and we will see what we can do.
Consumers in the European Union have certain rights to cancel orders as set out in our cancellation policy.

| Tax Charges on exports from the UK to outside the European Union are zero-rated for VAT purposes and you should select the appropriate box at checkout. For exports from the UK to the European Union, 17.5% VAT will be added unless a valid exemption is claimed. If you a registered for VAT in another EU country, then you should provide your registration number (including the 2-character country prefix). If you have other grounds for exemption, please provide details with the order using the box provided. VAT is payable on shipments to the Isle of Man. Where you are outside the European Union, our quoted prices do not include local sales taxes or duties which may be payable by you on import or on receipt of the goods. It is your responsibility to ensure that any required import licences are in your possession and that the formalities for clearing customs are taken care of.

| Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers provided on-line are captured by WorldPay - the leading international payment services provider - and are held by them and the acquiring bank. We do not receive the credit card details for orders place on-line. |

| Terms and Conditions Flairmet's standard terms and conditions apply, click here to see them. These include details of consumers' rights to cancel certain contracts. In addition to your statutory rights, we guarantee all products against faulty workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. If any product is found to be faulty due to such defects we will arrange repair or replacement of the faulty item at our discretion. This guarantee does not cover fair wear and tear, neglect, abuse or misuse of the products, loss or damage due to fire, smoke, lightning, sunlight, weather, rusting, corrosion, theft, or explosion, accidental damage or consequential loss. If you have any problems with the products please inform us as soon as possible. Our terms and conditions do not affect consumers' statutory rights. |
